I am a St. Louis native who has lived in the Washington, D.C. area for over 30 years. I currently reside with my wife and two children in a quiet community amid D.C., Baltimore and Annapolis. I completed my undergraduate education at the American University, and completed my Master's and Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the University of Maryland. I have worked at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, a non-profit public health research firm, for 24 years . I now serve as Center Director of the company's National Capital Region center.

I am a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.
